Very sad tidings. He has been a fixture on almost every gunforum in SA.

Apart from the loss of a well respected man, his skill with Quickload will be sorely missed as well, I'm sure.

Like twice this week, started to formulate a question for Driepootz.
Sat down now to question the use of propellants for mono bullets with twist question added.

Same here - he also helped my wife quite a few times with property valuations, property borders, property registration papers  etc. Who are we going to ask now?

A few times when I was down some or other reloading rabbit hole he PM'd me to offer advice and assistance. Help freely offered with no expectation of reciprocation or acknowledgement is one of the marks of a true gentleman.
